Building Bones & Better Balance Level 3 (JUNE)

This Osteoporosis Exercise Class is led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy (PT), Amanda Schuler, PT, DPT. This class is a continuation class of the Building Bones and Better Balance class. **Taking the Building Bones and Better Balance Level 2 class first is HIGHLY recommended** This is a 60-minute group fitness class building on the exercise routine we developed in the introduction course. This continuation is designed for individuals diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or would like to learn how to safely perform body weight and resistance training with safe impact activities included. These exercises are aimed at strengthening bones and muscles, improving balance, and reducing fall risk, while educating participants on proper form and movement patterns to maximize bone health benefits while minimizing potential injury concerns.
